how do you transmit if a camera is installed contained by a laptop?

For PC's run to the start menu (lower left corner) and afterwards click on "my computer"



Scroll to bottom and you should probably see the icon
ummm sorry ok if you see at the top of the laptop somewhat thing that have like a eye and for a while glass coat it looks similar to a webcam. if you do not see it you probably do not have one.
you would more than predictable notice it... but step to control panel, printers and other hardware, and select scanners and cameras... and it will show up there
click on camera/scanners. look within add remove programs surrounded by control panel
