How does PC World's monthly support service compare to Dell's?

By that I tight-fisted the insurance, help when stuck and condition checks etc.

I don't know about workstation world but dell is outsourced overseas to people surrounded by India who speak broken english. It sucks.
PC Worlds is covered by the company The Tech Guys, I work with a Guy who used to work in attendance, he said the company is cr@p and they often fobbed populace off next to bullsh!t.
