Install TV tuner card inside your laptop or catch an external tuner card. It come with remote also. and it is the best passageway to watch Tv. but you must enjoy some sort of Cable TV / Cable comming from dish entena. and it is not expensive too. just few dollors.
If you want to see Online TV for the internet, at hand are several sites which is online.
I download hat I want bad the internet but my friend did what you want to do once and her computer broke down. It contains some kind of virus, I suggestion you not too... It's risky
