when i try to spread out itunes it sais "itunes cannot run because it has detected a problem near your audio configuration." i need relief quick!!!!!

I have this same problem earlier today. It really sucked but i did a google turn out and found a page on apple.com that deals beside this exact problem. http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?... This page tells you what 2 do 2 clear itunes again. It pretty much just tell you 2 reinstall quicktI'me. I did it about an hour ago and it worked and im listen to K-OS right now.
