That's a pretty broad question. It depends on what type of directory system you have, operating system, etc.



You can run to Disk Mgmt. and create multiple primary partitions and an extended divider with logical drives, some OS's allow dynamic disk (except Win XP Home), etc. etc.
If you don't carefulness for the data on those partition then tremendously easily you can delete those partition and create a new one for your self.



In other casing you need any graphical user interfaced Partition negotiator. Graphical user interface is important contained by case you are modern to partition control.
