How do you turn rotten your computers safe mode?
Answer:
shift to run command. type msconfig
on the boot.ini tab uncheck the safeboot option
If its within safe mode, newly go to
Start > Turn Of Computer > Shut Down
Then turn it on similar to you would normally.
