Just checked the price enumerate and Acer 5052 laptop has a righteous configuration and a good price sticky label attached to it.. Now how good is Acer and how pious is Acer with AMD Turion64X2 processor..??

Acer make solid notebooks, not great but not too bleak either, contained by my opinion. As far as correct that particular model is, it will depend what you want to do near it. An AMD Turion64 X2 is a very efficient processor that will be more than enough for regular tasks and even more intensive processces since its a powerful cpu (though not surrounded by the same class as a Core 2 Duo if I remember correctly). I'm not sure what the graphcs chip is within that particular model, but I don't surmise its particularly powerful, so if you want to play newer games on it, check it first.
Personally I've hear stories about inhabitants with Acers have overheating problems but at the same time empire who are perfectly pleased with their Acers so, find some other reviews on it too!
