How does one log on an ancient notebook beside a forgotten user ego and password after a sasserworm infected it?

This is a follow up to my previous query of the parameter issue on my notebook/laptop, a tech guy found that an old "sasserworm" virus via a corrupted dvd that played on my medium player messed it up. So, when I try to log on the window keep looping, with message of the " parameter issue and consequently the user id , password pane appears , is there any mode to bypass this , and get within to the notebook and clean it up and reload it ?

First of adjectives if you don't care too much roughly loosing your data, you don't have need of to log on to reinstall a clean operating system. All you do it boot from the install cd and proceed to reformat the fence and install. Otherwise the best way is to connect your tricky drive to another computer using an external case. Just navigate through the drive resembling any other cd and copy what ever important documents to your computer. REMEMBER TO SCAN EVERYTHING YOU COPY WITH ANTI VIRUS SOFTWARE. next hook up the drive back into your computer and boot from the installation cd as described above.
Tryt protected mode. While it's booting press the F8 key to access boot menu and selct not dangerous mode. Try booting to safe mode and running an anti-virus.
push f8 every other second in good health the screen is coming up, choose not dangerous mode from the list.
