It looks good to me.
net sure you get a wearing clothes graphics chipset and memory. Something with at lowest 512MB memory.
i would suggest core 2 duo over amd turion...but on the mobile platform they perform close satisfactory so i wouldn't worry going on for it too much.
...i would try for more hard drive space and sooner upgrade the RAM to 2gb (the recommended amount today, standard is 1gb)
