Right click My Computer.Select Harware Tab.Select Device Manager.On the menu select Display Adapter.It lists type of graphics card,driver version etc.
google, belarc advisor, and download it, it will tell you adjectives of the info about your entire computer/ parts, and if its a laptop, it probably doesnt enjoy a graphics card, just a entity called onboard video (straight on the motherboard, not a card)
