Hi near. This will depend upon the version of Mac operating system you're using. If you're using the hottest, or close to the latest, accessible System Preferences->Keyboard & Mouse. Select the Mouse tab or go to Mouse settings (depending on OS altered copy again) and there should be an risk for touchpad that allows you to use it to click objects.
